Jr Treasury System Analyst

Your Contribution:

The Jr Treasury System Analyst will play a key role in supporting the deployment and optimization of treasury activities including the ones related to MORE system. This position will be responsible for assisting in the development of new treasury processes for the ongoing MORE rollout, as well as identifying and resolving current issues in companies already integrated into MORE.

• Support the design, development, testing and implementation of treasury activities including the ones related to MORE system.
• Support identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues in companies already operating under MORE to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
• Support the customizing and automated reporting downloads on MAHLE core bank portals.
• Support the creation and maintenance of a database for KYC processes with different financial institutions.
• Provide support and automation for day-to-day treasury activities and reports, including cashflow, AP/AR requests, payroll funding requests and FX reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure treasury processes align with MORE deployment objectives.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong interest in Corporate Finance/Treasury and understanding of how it operates within a company.
• Interest in working with financial institutions, supporting system deployments,  process automation and troubleshooting system-related issues.
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Bilingual.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.
