HR Processes & Systems Management Specialist

Your Contribution:

Supports the Global Process Owners and Global Key Users as the global CoE HR Processes & Digitization in establishing globally harmonized processes and digitization activities and measures. Additional focus on the HRIT Compliance.

Furthermore, this specialist represents the regions respective country requirements and aligns those against the global valid processes and systems in place as a regional ambassador for HR digitalization, global standardization, harmonization, simplification and innovation within MAHLE.

• Support implementation of Global HR Processes across countries within North America in alignment with global guidelines and governance.
• Assure adherence within region to global definitions, guidelines and standards as well as a legal compliant set up and run of systems and processes.
• Support the training and enablement efforts for new applications and functionalities.
• Central Point of Contact for country specific HR Processes and Digitization needs within the region, assessment and escalation to global CoE.
• Adopt Q&A for regional SSC HR and SSC IT for regional and country specific processes.
• Support regional and country related testing, test coordination & documentation.
• Other duties and responsabilties may be required.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Requires a minimum 7+ years previous or related experience. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules PA, PT, BN, PY, OM & ESS as well as SuccessFactors is a must. 
• Experience within HR projects in an international environment is a must. 
• Understanding of global HR IT concepts and dependencies.
• Understanding of operational HR Processes and concepts.
• Good team player who is self-driven, service- and result oriented personality as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
