Your Contribution:

 

As a Global Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work globally, developing clear Learning content strategies for assigned target groups. You will ensure consistent implementation and alignment with global Learning standards, while establishing governance for the Global Provider Management Framework.
 
  • Understand and translate business targets into Learning strategies and standards for the designated area of responsibility.
  • Steer, promote and control the global implementation and alignment in the designated area of responsibility and take care of promotion and communication.
  • Define, maintain and track the global Learning budget.
  • Lead and implement Corporate Learning concepts.
  • Development, management & reporting for Corporate Learning Products such as LinkedIn Learning.
  • Enable HR Business Partners to consult business functions on Learning offers in the designated area of responsibility and ensure alignment and utilization of all globally available Learning offers.
  • Analyze data and create reports for global Learning KPI and derive corrective measures in close cooperation with the Talent Management teams and HR Business Partners.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Background in Talent Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with strategic Learning or Talent development concepts.
  • Experience with Learning technologies and tools; SuccessFactors Learning preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
  • High level of adaptability, organizational precision, and structured work habits.
