Foreign Trade Team Lead Jr.

Your Contribution;

• Oversight of the Company in all topics related to Foreign Trade. Guarantee the compliance, obligations, responsibilities related to the Foreign Trade Programs as IMMEX, VAT Certification, Prosec, others.
• Support with the administration of Annex 24 & Annex 30. Reconciliations. Alignment with the operation of the company.
• Implement and comply with the policies and procedures to establish adequate internal controls system as well as the standardization of foreign trade operations.
• Identify and document potential risks and / or critical characteristics of operations and drive the measures to prevent and mitigate them.
• Proactively support Internal and External Audits and ensure an accurate risk assessment of the Foreign Trade operations.
• Deploy measures to monitor performance and compliance for the foreign trade area.
• Control and administration of documentation related to disposal of Fixed Assets temporarily imported.
• Identify and implement cost reduction projects.

Your Experience & Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration or related areas.
• English (advance – 80%)
• 3+ years in similar position (Automotive Industry).
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
• Strong Knowledge in IMMEX, VAT Certification, PROSEC, Rule 8, Annex 24. Annex 30. Foreign Trade regulations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
