Compensation Analyst
Your Contribution:
- The Compensation Analyst will provide support for operational and strategic compensation topics. Core responsibilities will include job analysis and compensation studies, managing various compensation programs and projects, preparing and extending job offers and consulting all levels of the organization regarding compensation topics.
- Participate in national and local compensation surveys and perform analysis to determine internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Administer career band structures and associated salary grade structures.
- Complete job evaluations using the HAY methodology and conduct market compensation studies.
- Participate in the annual salary review planning process.
- Administer various company incentive (bonus) programs.
- Lead compensation-related projects such as design, revisions or updates of compensation policies, procedures and guidelines.
- All other duties and projects assigned.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in similar position.
- Bilingual language skills (English/Spanish). Ability to maintain a bilingual business conversation and interaction with internal and external users.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with all levels of employees.
- Communication skills, including presentation delivery.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- ERP experience is required, SAP experience preferred.
