CoE HR IT Systems Operations & Governance NA

Your Contribution:

As a CoE HR IT Systems Operations & Governance NA reporting to the Head of HR Information Systems, you will align with the Global Process Owners, Global Solution Owners, implementation partners with implementation and daily operations of global HR-IT system landscape and definition of regional and country specific requirements in alignment with global definitions in the region of responsibility. Ensure that region specific requirements will be supported.

• Support implementation of Global HR Processes across countries within North America in alignment with global guidelines and governance.
• Assure adherence within region to global definitions, guidelines and standards as well as a legal compliant set up and run of systems and processes.
• Deploy global guidelines and deliver activities in the area of HR IT Systems Operations & Governance within the Region
• Central Point of Contact for country specific HR Processes and Digitization needs within the region, assessment and escalation to global CoE.
• Supports enablement and training of parties involved within CoEs and SSCs
• Prepare Q&A for SSC HR and SSC IT and regular updates in close alignment with GPO and SSC 
• Other duties and responsabilties may be required.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in HR IT or HR system is a must. 

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules PA, PT, BN, PY, OM & ESS as well as SuccessFactors is a must. 
• Experience within HR projects in an international environment is a must. 
• Understanding of global HR IT concepts and dependencies.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and levels.

• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel.
