COE Finance Business Analyst

Your Contribution:

The COE Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for leading and implementing projects to improve Finance processes through automation and/or data analytics tool development. Business Analyst will utilize Celonis’ process mining capabilities to analyze, visualize, and enhance Finance processes, facilitating data-drive decision-making and operational excellence.

• Lead and implement projects to improve Finance Processes.
• Utilize Celonis to perform in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process mining models to visualize and monitor business workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Celonis analyses
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on Celonis data to support strategic decision-making
• Design and deliver reports and dashboards within Celonis to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Train and support team members in utilizing Celonis for process analysis and improvement initiatives.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) conversational.           
• Expertise of Excel (data base, formulas, pivot tables,macros).
• Expertise on Data Analytics.
• Expertise on Leading Projects / Project Management skills.
• High attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
