COE Accounts Receivable Intern

Your Contribution; 

The COE Accounts Receivable Intern will be responsible for providing support to COE AR Team Lead on transactional activities and reporting activities. This role will provide support to all MAHLE entities within North America.

• Monitor AR processes (Cash Application, Collections, DCM, and Credit Management) and support issue identification.
• Maintain and validate AR data and reports, including customer master data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives through documentation gathering, data analysis, and process reviews.
• Other duties or responsabilities might be required.

Your Experience & Qualifications; 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%. (Avanzado)
• Expertise of Excel (data base, formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience on SAP (desired)
• High attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
