COE AR Analyst

Your Contribution:

The COE Accounts Receivable Analyst supports MAHLE’s North America region by improving AR processes, driving standardization, and acting as the escalation point for complex issues. This role partners closely with SSC teams, plants, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement.

• Responsible for customer management process.
• Monitor AR aging and coordinate actions with SSC and plant teams.
• Calculate and review bad debt reserves for NA entities.
• Process write‑off approvals and support month‑end reporting
• Lead Projects that enhance AR efficiency and standardization
• Support internal and external audit process
• Other duties and responsabilities may be required. 

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.    
• Expertise Leading Projects / Project Management skills of at least 3 years is a must. 
• Expertise on SAP 3+ years of experience is a must. 
• Expertise on Excel (Data base, formulas, pivot tables) 3+ years of experience is a must. 
• Experience in Data Analytics 3+ years of experience is a must. 
• Experience in Customer service oriented, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
