Accounts Receivable Intern

Your Contribution:

The Accounts Receivable Intern will be responsible for providing support to  AR Team Lead on transactional activities and reporting activities. This role will provide support to all MAHLE entities within North America.

• Maintain Dispute Case Management (DCM) tool updated (dispute assignment for Finance role).
• Reconciliation for price adjustment disputes.
• Collaborate with all functions related to DCM tool. (Finance/Quality/Logistics/Sales).

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Student in the last 2 semesters of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Expertise of Excel (data base, formulas, pivot tables,macros).
• High attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
