Accounts Payable Analyst Jr.

Your Contribution:

As an Accounts Payable Analyst Jr, you will be responsible for processing invoices in an effective and efficient manner to assure the correct and timely payment to suppliers and providing the correct information for financial statements.

Your main activities will be: 

• Processing invoices correctly and timely
• Send invoices to Workflows if there is any mismatch within the 3-way match process
• Month-End Close activities
• Adhere with internal controls procedures
• Support audit requests timely

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Bilingual (preferable)      
• 2+ years in similar position
• Detailed oriented and organizational skills
• Experience in SAP (desired)
• Experience in Excel
