Accounting Intern

Your Contribution:

As an Accounting Intern you will be responsible of perform general accounting activities; provide financial support to GL MX team to ensure the quality and compliance of the financial information that will be reported to HQ and Controlling areas.

• Tracking and control of accrued medical insurances (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually)
• Control of amortization of advance payments
• Monitoring the increase of accrual and consumptions of professional services
• Support internal and external audits
• Develop financial data generated from GL MX team and prepare FX reports to show financial results to Controlling.
• Follow up fix asset lease controls, such as monitoring the leasing expense, preventive control of asset additions and retirements etc.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree on Accounting (2 years to end)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 
• Actual use of Microsoft office package mainly Excel.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
