Accounting Intern (Students)

Your Contribution; 

Responsible of perform general accounting activities; provide financial support to GL MX team to ensure the quality and compliance of the financial information that will be reported to HQ and Controlling areas.

• Tracking and control of accrued medical insurances (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually).
• Control of amortization of advance payments.
• Monitoring the increase of accrual and consumptions of professional services.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Develop financial data generated from GL MX team and prepare FX reports to show financial results to Controlling.
• Prepare fixed asset lease Roll forwards. NIF D-5.
• Follow up fix asset lease controls, such as monitoring the leasing expense, preventive control of asset additions and retirements etc.

Your Experience & Qualifications; 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 80%.
• Actual use of Microsoft office package mainly Excel.
• Hands on experience with SAP is desirable.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
