Account Manager OES
Your Contribution:
Responsible for managing commercial topics related to assigned customer accounts (General Motors, Tesla and and other OES customers in North America) with respect to MAHLE business units (MAHLE Engine & Components, MAHLE filtration products as well as MAHLE thermal products.
- Responsible managing the overall relationship between MAHLE North America and the designated OES customers by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of sales and application engineering functions to assure complete and successful account management.
- Exercise leadership in supporting the business sales strategy providing assistance for all commercial discussions as well as supporting on discussions of long-term contracts, new service project quotations, past model service part pricing, all-time buys.
- Direct interface with the designated OES customers Purchasing organizations to develop and direct sales activities together to maximize profitability of service parts.
- Assist on definition of target price based on the minimum sales price calculated by the BUs in agreement with the Head of Sales.
- Lead the sales effort to achieve internal acceptance of the customer strategy from other functional areas before implementation.
- Responsible for providing inputs to Sales Planning for the planning process and support set up and reviews of actual budgets and appropriate corrective measures in case of deviations.
- Manage timely quotation of service parts by internally driving the quote process.
- Other duties and responsabilities may be required.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience of 3+ years in similar position with knowledge of OEM/OES/Aftermarket Sales in the Automotive Industry with commercial account management experience.
- Requires the ability to manage multiple account/customer.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of advanced excel is desired.
