How can you become part of our success?

Reporting to the Head of Controlling, your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage the month-end-closing and reporting process, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and compliance with guidelines and deadlines defined by the Group.

• Build monthly forecast.

• Lead the preparation of yearly business plan. Analysis of variances vs budget and previous year.

• Preparation of 5 years strategic plans.

• Cost control and analysis of all plant expenses and KPIs.

• Control and monitor of product, segment, and customer profitability. Deep analysis of gross margin development.

• Managing relationship with stakeholders. Support plant activities from controlling point of view.

• Control of subsidiary companies.

What skills do you need?

• Degree in Finance, Management or Business.
• 5 - 7 years of professional working experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of industrial sector. Automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to analyse large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
• Very good team spirit and communication skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working.
