KTL Engineer

Como KTL Engineer, definirás y validarás los parámetros de proceso KTL y supervisarás un equipo de especialistas KTL.

TAREAS

• Preparación de las especificaciones del sistema y apoyo en la adquisición de equipos de fabricación.
• Análisis de desviaciones y acciones correctivas.
• Supervisión del equipo de especialistas KTL.
• Gestión de proveedores (materias primas y contratistas).
• Formación de empleados/as en el puesto de trabajo.
• Planificación, realización y evaluación de pruebas fisicoquímicas.
• Planificación mantenimiento preventivo y ejecución actividades mantenimiento correctivo.
• Definición de métodos de laboratorio para la validación de recubrimientos.

QUÉ BUSCAMOS

• Formación superior en ámbito técnico, preferentemente Ingenierías y/o procesos químicos.
• Imprescindible experiencia profesional de varios años en el campo del tratamiento de superficies de aluminio y tecnología de recubrimiento por electrodeposición.
• Nivel de inglés medio alto, valorable otros idiomas.
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y en entornos de trabajo interdisciplinarios.
• Excelentes habilidades analíticas para los procesos de análisis de causas raíz.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.

ENGLISH

As KTL Engineer, you will define and validate KTL process parameters and lead technically a team of KTL specialist.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• To prepare system specifications and support with the manufacturing equipment acquisition.
• Deviation analysis and corrective actions.
• To supervise KTL specialists team.
• Suppliers management (raw materials and contractors).
• Team training.
• Psycochemical test planning, execution and evaluation.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Laboratory methods definition for coating validation.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical backgorund, preferably Engineering and/or Chemical Processes.
• It is essential to have relevant professional experience in the field of aluminium surface treatment and electrodeposition coating technology.
• English fluent, German is appreciated.
• Experience in project management in interdisciplinary working environment.
• Excellent analitic skills for root cause analysis processes.
• Availability to travel.
