Senior Analyst HR IT System Oper. & HR IT Compliance South America - Regional CoE HR
At the MAHLE Services location, the Compliance and Investor Relations, Corporate Controlling, Internal Controls, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Finance, PM and NPM Purchasing, Corporate Logistics, IT, HR, and Lean Six Sigma departments share the same building to foster greater interaction among the different areas, enhancing our delivery capabilities and expertise to provide excellent support to all South American locations, our customers, and partners.
Your Contributions
- Act as the central point of contact for functional topics related to HR IT systems, considering regional and country-specific needs;
- Support, from an HR perspective, the implementation and operation of the global HR IT systems landscape within the region;
- Ensure compliance with applicable global definitions, guidelines, and standards;
- Support training and enablement initiatives related to the implementation of new systems and functionalities;
- Coordinate and support regional testing, documentation, system releases, and change requests;
- Facilitate the integration of regional perspectives, needs, and resources into global projects;
- Act as the central point of contact for regional topics related to HR IT compliance and audits;
- Follow up on audit findings and coordinate the implementation and execution of the respective corrective action plans;
- Analyze, report, and monitor regional and local KPIs;
- Ensure that process documentation, training materials, guidelines, regional process designs supported by the respective Shared Service Center, and question-and-answer materials remain up to date.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and/or Information Technology;
- Relevant experience in HR systems-related projects within an international environment;
- In-depth knowledge of integrated HR IT systems and processes, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions, as well as their interdependencies;
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance-related requirements is desirable;
- Knowledge of time management and payroll processing rules, preferably within SAP HCM or ADP. Knowledge of Visma will be considered an advantage;
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially in Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Advanced English skills for working in an international team;
- Spanish will be considered an advantage.
