Regional TISAX & OT Specialist
Your Contributions
As a Regional TISAX & OT Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing the global security strategy in industrial environments, ensuring compliance, governance, and operational excellence.
You will act as a bridge between Operations, IT, and Security, driving OT security maturity in our plants and ensuring adherence to the highest international standards, such as TISAX.
TISAX & Information Security
- Lead audits and TISAX certification and recertification processes in the region;
- Prepare and support business units for audits, translating requirements into practical actions;
- Evaluate evidence and ensure readiness prior to external audits;
- Manage corrective action plans (CAPs) and track annual self-assessments;
- Work closely with the global TISAX team, contributing to continuous improvement;
- Monitor risks, progress, and status, ensuring transparency for regional and global leadership;
Operational Technology (OT) Security
- Act as the regional focal point for OT security;
- Coordinate the implementation of global solutions (e.g., asset and risk visibility);
- Support plants in adopting security standards (network segmentation, remote access, etc.);
- Ensure alignment with global policies and security governance;
- Provide visibility into risks, maturity, and OT security evolution;
- Work with plants and IT during audits and assessments;
- Promote best practices and strengthen the capabilities of local teams;
Your Experiences & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, or related fields;
- Experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, automation, or operations);
- Knowledge of OT and industrial networks;
- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination (Operations + IT);
- Knowledge of Information Security and ISMS;
- Familiarity with OT security standards and best practices;
- Knowledge of TISAX or ISO 27001 is a plus;
- Fluent English (frequent interaction with global teams)
