As a Pricing & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by integrating strategic pricing and marketing initiatives. This role ensures that pricing decisions are data-driven and responsive to market conditions, while marketing efforts effectively promote products, strengthen brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement. By bridging these two functions, you will support commercial success through optimized value delivery and alignment with business objectives.

 

  • Develop and maintain pricing models and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to ensure pricing is competitive and profitable.
  • Provide accurate and timely pricing input to support tender and quotation processes.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and product launches.
  • Support brand positioning and messaging in alignment with global and regional strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Finance to align pricing and marketing efforts.
  • Ensure consistent communication and collaboration between pricing and marketing functions.
  • Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize data to identify opportunities for margin improvement and market growth.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
  • Experience with pricing models, elasticity analysis, and margin optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media).
  • Ability to interpret market research and customer insights.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing principles and pricing strategies.
  • You must have the legal right to work in Australia without the need for company sponsorship.
