Your Contribution

 

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Organization and Methods Analyst to support the optimization of our commercial operations, pricing strategies, and internal business processes. This role is responsible for analyzing organizational systems, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

 

  • Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and optimize pricing models to support profitability and competitive positioning
  • Conduct cost, margin, and pricing performance analysis to identify risks and opportunities
  • Review and interpret market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align pricing and commercial strategies
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support business decision-making
  • Recommend and implement process improvements across commercial and operational functions
  • Support tender and quotation processes through accurate pricing analysis
  • Maintain documentation of processes, systems, and improvement initiatives

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in business analysis, pricing, or process improvement roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred)
  • Experience working with large datasets and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
