Account & Marketing Manager (MAA)
Your Contribution
As an Account & Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth—building strong client partnerships, spearheading marketing initiatives, and unlocking new opportunities to elevate our brand and market presence.
• Manage relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities both within and beyond the current customer base.
• Build strong, long-term business relationships and prepare compelling business proposals that foster new opportunities and partnerships.
• Identify market trends and customer needs, and build a robust sales pipeline aligned with short-, medium-, and long-term targets.
• Present growth strategies and action plans to senior leadership to drive business performance.
• Monitor and review business performance regularly, making data-driven adjustments to ensure continued progress toward goals.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead marketing strategies and oversee advertising efforts in industry-specific publications.
• Manage and coordinate marketing projects, including trade fair participation across Australia.
Your Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Demonstrated experience in new business development.
• In-depth understanding of business development and sales growth strategies.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strategic thinking with the flexibility to adapt sales plans as needed.
• Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Passionate about company growth and personal contribution to success.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• You must have the legal right to work in Australia without the need for company sponsorship.
