Thermal Systems Engineer- Summer Intern

Your Contribution 

Entry level Mechanical Engineer to support our Compressor Product Engineering Group in the launch of automotive air conditioning compressor designs for global customer vehicle applications.  This position requires a hands-on individual who will be expected to participate in all aspects of the product development process including product design, component selection, prototype builds, prototype testing, and test data analysis.

This role is responsible to:

• Bench & Vehicle Testing of Advanced HVAC Technologies
• TMM-R Testing & Analysis
• R-290 Systems Development
• Engineering Design (NX/Solid Works/etc)
• Design Validation Support of multiple technologies
• Prototype Component Build Coordination

 Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
• Role open to Sophomore or higher 
• CAD, MS-Project, MATLAB/Simulink, Electronics & Software knowledge
• Communicating within Small Teams; Problem Solving.
