Program Manager Intern- Lockport (May-Aug 2025)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support internal and customer builds at MAHLE manufacturing plants and technical center
• Assist in analyzing project data including customer rebill activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the execution of program management initiatives
• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and resources
• Participate in project meetings, documenting key discussions, action items and decisions
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities within the MAHLE engineering factory and production facilities
• Support plant project teams during the launch phases when applicable
• Engage in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address project, manufacturing and operation challenges
• Support the team(s) in ad-hoc and projects related to program management and engineering

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Preferred School(s):  University at Buffalo and/or RIT
• Skills:  Problem solving, MS Office Programs,  Business Acumen, Excellent communication skills, Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be enrolled in a 4 year accredited university
• Pursing a degree towards: industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
• Previous internship experience preferred but not required
