Electrical Component Intern

Your Contribution 

This position is within the MAHLE North American Electrical Engineering Organization.  The group is responsible for the interface between the customer and the electrical component suppliers from Acquisition to Series Production

This role is responsible to:

• • Maintain existing warranty return process for electrical components with focus on brushed and brushless blower motors
  • Define and implement improvements for the warranty return process. 
  • Create and run new electrical test procedures
  • Performance test engineering samples
  • Fabricate wire harnesses/controllers
  • Support debugging activities related to in-house fabrication 

 Your Experience & Qualifications 

• • Bachelors of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering Technology
  • This role is open for Sophomore, Junior, Senior
  • Use of laboratory equipment (ex. scopes, meters)
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Wire Harness Fabrication
  • Electronics Hardware Building (soldering, fabrication, etc.)
  • Previous internships preferred not required
  • Extra-curricular engineering clubs or hobbies are a plus
