Customer Service and Distribution Leader
MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is the business unit specialized in spare parts and services for the aftermarket.
It leverages expertise from original equipment series production for its established product line, along with additional competence in electrification and digitalization, supplying partners in trade, auto parts stores, and engine repair workshops.
Products developed by the MAHLE Service Solutions business segment for workshop equipment, as well as comprehensive services and tailored training offerings, complete the portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the Customer Service and Distribution areas, ensuring excellence in sales order management, from order entry to customer delivery;
- Ensure that transportation, warehousing, and cargo handling operations are carried out safely, with quality, competitiveness, and compliance, supporting sustainable business growth and the achievement of strategic objectives;
- Ensure execution of the department’s Strategic Plan, meeting revenue, expense, and investment targets through efficient planning of resources and operational needs;
- Lead order backlog planning and monitoring, working closely with Commercial, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure invoicing meets deadlines and targets;
- Identify, develop, and implement innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, seeking continuous improvement in customer service, distribution, and logistics processes;
- Structure, implement, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), promoting data-driven management and results-based decision-making;
- Monitor and control transportation operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, legal requirements, agreed deadlines, and service levels;
- Lead logistics optimization projects, cost reduction, and productivity improvement, identifying continuous improvement opportunities in distribution processes;
- Lead, develop, and engage the team, being responsible for performance management, training, feedback, personnel movements, and all people management processes, in compliance with company policies and applicable legislation.
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields;
- Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Distribution, and Transportation;
- Experience with logistics KPIs, transportation management, and logistics projects;
- Knowledge of export processes is a plus;
- Experience in team management and people development;
- Advanced English;
- At least 24 months in the same role within MAHLE;
- Availability to work on-site in Limeira – SP.
