Plant Controller
Effective January 1, 2025, MAHLE has combined its former business units “Engine Systems and Components”, and “Electronics and Mechatronics” in the new business unit “Powertrain and Charging”. This way, MAHLE will strengthen its strategy field of electrification by allowing the focus areas of efficient electric motors and intelligent charging to benefit from the groups over 100 years of experience with engine systems and components. The development of piston systems and cylinder components has been a core competence at MAHLE. Because we understand the interaction of engine components, we can deliver optimal solutions to our customers. Our products are used around the globe in two-wheeled vehicles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and large engines. The development and production of high-quality engine components and systems for motor sports and high-performance production vehicles as well as large and small engine components for leading engine manufacturers also fall under this business unit.
Electronic and mechatronics components are playing a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the powertrain and advancing e-mobility. With its electric drives, actuators, auxiliaries, control, power electronics and product groups, MAHLE already offers relevant solutions in this area today.
As a Plant Controller, you will be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of financial information as well as its timely delivery to all areas of the organization based on the rules, regulations, policies and procedures established by MAHLE.
Your Contribution:
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Elaboration of financial statements and their analysis.
- Forecasting: Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting
- Month-end, Quarter-end, and Calendar-Year End Closings.
- Budgeting and strategic planning (yearly).
- Provide control oversight & adherence to the company’s controls & and guidelines and related audit requirements.
- Coordination of the financial activities of the production and services company such as treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, taxes, pre-budgets, audits.
- Analyze the different accounts that make up the BSC of the company's departments.
Your Experience & Qualitications:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Candidate must have strong background in GAAP reporting requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Strong SAP experience.
- Automotive MFG Industry background.
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative and project management abilities.
- Results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong team building and leadership skills.
