Logistics Supervisor

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Control of logistics costs for inbound and outbound freight, storage costs, and additional customs costs.
• Annual logistics expenditure planning for MAHLE Aftermarket
• Responsible for creating the logistics budget and controlling expenses, ensuring continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Preparation of volume analyzes for freight and storage tenders.
• Monitoring and ensuring that other monthly/annual logistics KPI objectives are met: expedited transportation, on-time deliveries, inbound and outbound transit times.
• Establish effective and measurable improvements in logistics transportation (time/cost)
• Focus on on-time delivery of goods and freight control.
• Responsible for maintaining and managing the CTPAT Certification, in matters related to transporters and materials handling.
• Support in freight quotes to the different areas of the company
• Know and enforce the area procedures established in the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Management Systems.

Your Skills and Strengths

• Bachelor's degree in international business or related degree
• Knowledge of Customs Law, EC Law and its regulations, General Rules
• Knowledge of IMMEX, CTPAT, Annex 24
• Fluent English, intercultural skills, and willingness to travel occasionally to other company locations.
