Your Contribution:

Responsible for leading and supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives across the organization, ensuring the standardization, optimization, and sustainability of business processes. This role drives operational excellence through the application of Lean methodologies, problem-solving tools, and data-driven decision making, while supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2015
 
  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that enhance quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Supports the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System through process analysis, performance monitoring, root cause investigation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
  •  Promotes a culture of operational excellence by applying Lean principles, facilitating employee engagement, and ensuring sustainable process improvements across the organization.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Process Optimization role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, with the ability to support Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in root cause analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve process performance and product quality
  • Experience supporting quality management systems, process standardization, and continuous improvement programs through the application of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive sustainable operational excellence projects.
  • Ability to provide training, facilitate cross-functional teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
