HR Generalist
Main Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Generalist responsible for managing all HR processes.
- Efficient management of administrative and operational staff at the plant, ensuring compliance with internal work regulations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Management and control of personnel files, receipts, acknowledgments, policies, and other documents required by HR and government entities, ensuring their proper updating.
- Labor relations management and conflict resolution.
- Calculation and presentation of key HR indicators.
- Implementation of strategies to optimize HR indicators at the site.
- Cross-functional collaboration with the recruitment, payroll, and compensation and benefits departments.
- Support and guidance to leaders in personnel-related decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to turnover, compliance, or organizational alignment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Experience in labor relations management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist in manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge and experience in Personnel Administration (insurance, vouchers, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS).
• Availability to work 100% on-site at the Toluca, State of Mexico plant.
• Knowledge and functionality of HRIS systems (Success Factors).
