Effective January 1, 2025, MAHLE has combined its former business units “Engine Systems and Components”, and “Electronics and Mechatronics” in the new business unit “Powertrain and Charging”. This way, MAHLE will strengthen its strategy field of electrification by allowing the focus areas of efficient electric motors and intelligent charging to benefit from the groups over 100 years of experience with engine systems and components. The development of piston systems and cylinder components has been a core competence at MAHLE. Because we understand the interaction of engine components, we can deliver optimal solutions to our customers. Our products are used around the globe in two-wheeled vehicles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and large engines. The development and production of high-quality engine components and systems for motor sports and high-performance production vehicles as well as large and small engine components for leading engine manufacturers also fall under this business unit.

Electronic and mechatronics components are playing a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the powertrain and advancing e-mobility. With its electric drives, actuators, auxiliaries, control, power electronics and product groups, MAHLE already offers relevant solutions in this area today.

As a Doctor, you will be responsible for employee medical care and for promoting and maintaining the health of MAHLE employees.

Your Contribution:

• Maintain contact with public health institutions to manage joint collaboration in disease prevention.
• Generate healthy conditions within the plant to prevent general and chronic degenerative diseases.
• Ensure immediate medical attention to staff In case of accident, incident or first aid.
• Evaluate the return to work of workers who have become disabled.
• Leads the implementation, execution, and maintenance of the Ergonomics and Active Break Program at the Plant.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• Candidate must have strong background in audit reporting requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of ergonomy, and strong occupational medicine experience.
• Automotive MFG Industry background.
• Outstanding analytical, quantitative and project management abilities.
• Results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate the Emergency Brigades program.
