Your Contribution

User Management

• Setup/block users in JNP and MAPIM

Data Maintenance & Updates

• Add/update parts, life cycles, and clean data in ACES, PIES, and MAPIM
• Maintain image data in MAPIM, MediaCockpit, Opticat
• Manage image folders and archives
• Maintain distribution lists and send weekly change reports
• Assign UPCs in SAP

File Distribution & Uploads

• Pull and distribute XML files (ACES/PIES) to O’Reillys, Autozone, WHI, EPICOR, Opticat, and Germany
• Maintain organized file storage by year/month
• Upload ACES/PIES files to SupplyLine (O’Reillys)

Issue Resolution & Communication

• Act as prime contact for JNP, MAPIM, SAP, and image lab
• Review WHI/EPICOR reports and resolve missing data issues
• Handle MAPIM/Change Report issues

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Data accuracy and catalog management
• SAP and system proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Cross-functional communication
• Project coordination and organization
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) 
• A bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Certifications in data management, or project management
