Manufacturing Engineer

Your Contribution

• Lead industrialization of new products and manage changes to existing products and processes.
• Define and optimize technological processes, production parameters, and related documentation.
• Validate new products, components, and materials before serial production.
• Monitor and improve production performance (OEE, KPIs), ensuring process stability and efficiency.
• Solve technical issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, automation).
• Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.

Your Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering and production optimization.
• Strong understanding of technological processes, industrialization, and product validation.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and very good MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of CAD tools.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, PFMEA, control plans, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Experience with KPI monitoring (OEE, scrap reduction, cost optimization).
• Strong analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset.
• Good project management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English language proficiency (minimum B1).
• Team-oriented with leadership potential and ability to manage conflicts constructively.
