- Implementation of a commercial strategy in the field of spare parts
- Verification and implementation of sales plans
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Key Customer
- Monitoring the activities of competitors
- Active participation in the development of the product offer
- Representing the company at meetings and trade fairs
- Close cooperation with other departments in the company
- Regular reporting of the results
- Co-creating and implementing creative sales solutions
Your Experience & Qualifications
- B2B sales experience in the automotive industry (aftermarket)
- Knowledge of the spare parts market and distribution networks
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationships
- Proficiency in English
- Strong performance orientation
- Valid category B driving license and driving experience
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work in Krotoszyn
