  • Implementation of a commercial strategy in the field of spare parts
  • Verification and implementation of sales plans
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Key Customer
  • Monitoring the activities of competitors
  • Active participation in the development of the product offer
  • Representing the company at meetings and trade fairs
  • Close cooperation with other departments in the company
  • Regular reporting of the results
  • Co-creating and implementing creative sales solutions

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

 

  • B2B sales experience in the automotive industry (aftermarket)
  • Knowledge of the spare parts market and distribution networks
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term business relationships
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong performance orientation
  • Valid category B driving license and driving experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work in Krotoszyn
