Your role & responsibilities: 

• Lead and develop quality team
• Create, monitor and control Q-targets
• Organize and monitor of System Audits
• Ensure plant quality management system fulfills the MAHLE, IATF, customer specific requirements
• Maintain the Plant Quality Management System
• Be Product Safety Representative for the plant
• Report of plant KPI’s to central functions and close interaction with central departments 

Your skills & strengths: 

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in production company (preferably in automotive industry)
• Higher education in quality management, production, engineering or similar 
• Very good English language skills  
• Knowledge of automotive industry requirements including customer portal management and customer relationship management
• Good knowledge of QM tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, etc.)
• Familiar with international business and multi-national customers  
• Very good leadership and decision-making skills in order to lead and motivate the team
• Good analytical skills to support plant performance, ability to set targets and deliver results
