Continuous Improvement Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Analysis of TOP issues for improvement projects in terms of quality and cost
• Continous Improvement Projects management including actions doing
• Suggestion system management and reporting
• Leading and working in continuous improvement projects out of ideas
• PPS/A3/8D initiating and moderating in case of production efficiency issues and q-targets not reached
• Initiates and drives Continuous Improvement activities

Your skills & strengths:

• Min. 1 year of experience in similar role preferably in the automotive industry
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related field
• Very good English skills
• Excellent problem-solving (PPS/A3, 8D, Six Sigma) and product reliability analysis skills
• Working knowledge of  quality methods and tools (SPC, MSA)
• Green Belt in Six Sigma is a plus
