Your roles and responsibilities

  • Responsible for work preparation and industrialization of new Automotive Traction E-Drive projects in the Sempeter (SLO) plant for the hairpin stator production area
  • Creation and optimization of production concepts for Automotive Traction E-Drives in accordance with the MAHLE production system and automotive standards
  • Auditing of plant suppliers
  • Preparation of specifications and feasibility studies for plants and tools in the area of hairpin stator production
  • Preparation and support of MOP workshops
  • Supporting product development with regard to production-oriented design (DFM)
  • Leading the launch management of new production lines/plants in the plant
  • Coordination of work packages within the sub-team
  • Responsible within Operations for quality, cost and time targets within the PDP process
  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of customer process audits

Your skills and strengths

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experience in e-drive production or production engineering in hairpin stator production
  • Fluency in English (oral / written)
  • In-depth technology knowledge in the field of hairpin stator production
  • Good knowledge in relevant production technologies such as EOL, rotor assembly and E-Drive assembly
  • Very good project management skills
  • Willingness to travel (40%)
  • Very good knowledge of practical problem solving, lean production, SMED, continuous improvement, technical standards, process and product development in the area of hairpin stator production
