International Trainee (m/f/d) - Product Management MAHLE New Mobility Solutions

Your roles and responsibilities

• You benefit from an 18-month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs
• You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various positions in the Product Management department of Business Unit New Mobility Solutions. You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad
• You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives - especially with a focus on strategic initiatives as well as the analysis of all relevant external and internal factors to derive product strategies and measures, covering the full product lifecycle
• As a member of the trainee community, you will use a wide range of training opportunities, participate in networking events and build up your personal network in the long term

Your skills and strengths

• You have an above-average Master’s degree in industrial engineering or technical business administration 
• In addition, you also have practical experience through relevant internships, for example in product management, purchasing or consulting
• You have been abroad for at least three months and enjoy working in an international context
• You are business fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language, e.g. Chinese, Spanish or Slovenian. Knowledge of German would be desirable.
• A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and change mindset complete your profile
