Supplier Order Management

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Career in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or related.   
• 4 -5 years in similar position and contact with suppliers.
• Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
• Proficient in MRP Management System (SAP essential - MRP transactions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point).
• Inventory Management, DOH, DIO, SUT, ATR.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in and out of the organization.
• Overseas suppliers management experience.
• Proficient in critical follow up and logistics.
• Knowledge in engineering changes affectation to raw material.
  

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability of raw material based on the production plan, inventory levels, transit time.
• Analize production schedule to ensure accurate demand is transmitted to suppliers.
• Creation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP system parameters relevant to ensure correct ordering.
• Review demand coverage with suppliers ensuring EDI is transmitted accurately.
• Develop worksheets to determine demand variation (Waterfall chart).
• Monitor supplier shipments arrive on time.
• Monitor raw material consumption based on production schedule.
• Proficiently execute obsolescence reduction and saving projects.
