Senior Finance Analyst

Your Role & Responsibilities: 

• Provide financial leadership to operations by providing analysis for manufacturing plans, developing the budget and forecast with high level of accuracy.
• Focus on PPI savings initiatives. Partner with plant management team on continuous improvement & cost saving opportunities
• Understand and analyze the manufacturing cost related to the plant and product.
• Cost control from standards to actuals, ability to understand and explain key variance drivers.
• Support the development of yearly standard cost (load sap, machine rates, OH rates developing, COPA for EP)
• Provide control oversight & adherence to the company’s controls & and guidelines and related audit requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and adherence to the company policies and procedures.

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
• 3+ years’ experience in similar position.
• 3+ years’ experience in SAP system.
• Cost accounting experience.
• Fully bilingual English Spanish.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Innovative – continuous improvement.
• Microsoft excel Advanced, fully knowledge in power point bridge reports. 
• Manufacturing / automotive sector experience.
