SOM & Master Planner Coordinator

Your Role & Responsibilities: 

• Order components to supply production lines.
• Ensure the availability of raw material based on the production plan, inventory levels, transit time.
• Creation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP system parameters relevant to ensure correct ordering.
• Review demand coverage with suppliers, secure material is on transit by EDI.
• Ensure the supplier routes are set up and on budget.
• Assure to create the POs and maintain funds to pay transportation carriers.
• Monitor supplier shipment arrives on time.
• Monitor production plan attainments.
• Monitoring engineering changes to avoid obsolescence.
• Follow-up payments to suppliers.
• Participate in the fulfillment of company plans, objectives and goals.

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Career in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or related.     
• 2 or 3 years in similar position and contact with Suppliers and production planning
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Knowledge on overseas, local and domestic traffic and tracking
• Knowledge in MRP Management System (SAP essential).
• Inventory Management, DOH, SUT, Production Planning, Sales budget.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
