PC&L Coordinator

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Career in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or related.   
• 4 -5 years in similar position with personnel in charge.
• Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
• Analytical skills to review information in a daily basis with management.
• Proficient in MRP Management System (SAP essential - MRP transactions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in and out of the organization.
• Personnel management – Focused to results.
• Proficient in critical follow up of customer requirements.
• Knowledge in engineering changes and monitoring from PC&L side.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the PC&L team to comply with company targets.
• Analize and monitor EDI and production schedule to ensure monthly sales target.
• Ensure 100% delivery score with customers.
• Monitor E&O inventory to avoid increases and plan for depletion.
• Develop worksheets to determine demand variation, sales fluctuation and action plans.
• Escalate urgent topics in a timely manner considering impact to the organization.
• Monitor engineering changes with multidisciplinary team to avoid obsolescence and financial impacts to the organization.
• Execute a weekly operations meeting to communicate mid and long term production plans.
• Create and communicate a yearly sales forecast based on customer demand.
