APQP Engineer

Responsible for Project Quality (APQP)：
1.Create, implement and track Q-plan for new project in line with project master milestone.
2.Quality Gate Review, check and review the Q-taskforce of each QG, maintain Q section in Intergra system.
3.Create prototype /pre-series production control plan and inspection WI checklist.
4.Responsible for internal new measurement equipment development and inspection method for new project.
5.Support risk analysis, FMEA, DAM, PAM activities.
6.Conduct GP12 for the new project launch phase.
7.Support TPR and MBPR, including failure rate, scrap, MSA and SPC.
8.Other preventive quality activities, such as ECR process.

Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years of quality engineer. Minimum 2 years of APQP experience in auto industry. Familiar with auto industry Product Development Process.
2.Master QS and IATF 16949 system, familiar with VDA system. Including control plan, FEMA, PPAP.
3.Knowledge and application of Quality tools, and risk analysis. Knows processes and methods that are relevant for own department/function and is able to apply them professionally.
5.English can be working language.
