Your contribution:
- Act as Business Partner to ME management
- Support definition and implementation of ME strategy & performance management
- Support and ensure correct ME planning, budgeting & forecasting and closing activities
- Derive, implement and report measures to reach targets
- Analyze overall ME sales and operations (sales / production, supply chain / logistics, quality) performance, identify potential improvement areas and support production optimization measurement definition and implementation
- Building strong, working relationships with senior leaders in organization to ensure organizational alignment and coordination to enable value stream execution,
- Continuously manage process quality and data quality with compliance to internal standards and policies,
- Prepare monthly budget-actual comparison analysis tables and report the country scope along with explanations of the differences,
- Conduct trend analysis; leading in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and economic plans,
- Ensure the publishment of CO&FI reports periodically and check monthly reports (Slow moving inventory report, stock taking difference, customer profitability, product profitability, production report, collection report, personnel advance report, inventory report, employee analysis, back order analysis, piston-tools analysis report),
- Assist in prioritizing improvement needs for Continuous Improvement Strategy and provide input into strategic planning,
- Facilitate and ensure achieving of performance targets.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics department,
- Minimum 7 years profound expertise in Operations Controlling, preferably in Sales Controlling,
- Fluent in English speaking and writing,
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, BI solutions and ERP solutions (esp. SAP FI- CO),
- Profound knowledge of automotive and supplier industry specifics,
- Proven experience in working in an international environment,
- Initial experience in leading others, functionally or disciplinary,
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines including a strong ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time,
- Experience of accounting, internal audit, regulatory compliance and/or risk management,
- Knowledge of International Audit standards, practices and methodologies,
- Strong analytical competencies and highly structured way of thinking
