Your Contribution
As Head of Quality Management (m/f/d) at our Reichenbach site, you will be responsible for the overall management, continuous improvement, and assurance of all quality-related processes at the facility.

Take responsibility for the organization, implementation, and continuous development of the site's Quality Management System (QMS)

Lead, manage, and further develop the employees within the Quality Department, both professionally and disciplinarily

Initiate and implement cross-functional improvement projects in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders and departments

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate customer and certification audits (including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS, and EASA Part 21G/145)

Manage and ensure the sustainable resolution of customer and supplier complaints
-
Analyze and monitor quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs), deriving and tracking corrective and preventive actions

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, normative, and customer-specific requirements

Apply problem-solving methodologies to reduce internal defects and effectively resolve customer quality issues

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization
Your Experience and Qualifications

Successfully completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field

Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management, preferably within the automotive and/or aerospace industry

Proven leadership experience with strong capabilities in organizational and team development

In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS, and EASA Part 21G/145

Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels as well as with customers and suppliers

Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

High level of initiative, accountability, and assertiveness

Strong ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively in an international and intercultural environment

Willingness to travel for business purposes
