Your Contribution:

 

  • Monitor and audit daily production lines, conduct process audits (VDA 6.3), and follow up with Production on corrective actions.
  • Support and lead new product launches: ensure first part approval, support during preparation of control plans, and secure smooth ramp-up.
  • Manage and update SPC charts, QM reports , and quality documentation in SAP.
  • Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis with Customer Quality Engineer , , organize containment actions, and coordinate 8D reporting with releated functions.
  • Drive internal 8D problem-solving activities,
  • Track and analyze scrap, rework, and scrap PPM data, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Work with MAHLE standarts and align with team based on requirements,
  • Organize and supervise firewall activities, prepare instructions, and train operators , take findings as internal problem solving activities.
  • Ensure regular testing, capability studies, and reporting of process and product results to customers.
  • Represent Quality in daily production coordination meetings; report to the Quality Manager.
  • Manage, train, and support quality operators, including shift planning and development.
  • Promote a risk-based, customer-focused quality approach aligned with IATF 16949 and MAHLE standards.

 

 

 

Your Qualifications & Experience:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or related).
  • 5+ years of professional quality experience, including minimum 2 years in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System.
  • Knowledge on VDA 6.3 /  VDA 6.5
  • Expertise in Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) , Control Plans , FMEA and PPAP
  • Solid command of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, A3) & Analytical thinking skills
  • Experience with SAP for quality data management and reporting.
  • Excellent reporting, organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to handle demanding production environments.
  • Willing to work actively on the shopfloor for improvement of process quality
  • Able to travel abroad for Training/business purposes
