Your Contribution

  • Lead blowmolding lines to deliver the production plan on time, in spec, meeting targets for OEE, scrap/rework and downtime.
  • Safeguard quality, safety, environment compliance; stop production when risk is identified.
  • Coordinate closely with Quality on issues, containment, and permanent corrective actions.
  • Work with Maintenance to address line/machine breakdowns and plan preventive activities.
  • Run trial builds for new products/projects per Blowmolding VSL (Value Stream Leader) instructions; share results and follow up actions.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date forms, records, and production documentation for the area.
  • Drive continuous improvement in standards, cycle time stability and changeover discipline.
  • Train and coach operators, setters, and team leaders; close gaps identified in audits.
  • Collaborate with MP&L on packaging, shipments, and production planning needs.
  • Participate in production meetings; keep management informed on status, risks and countermeasures.

 

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Department.
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in blow molding or plastics processing.
  • Proven shop-floor leadership experience in blowmolding/plastics manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and ownership mindset.
  • Solid planning & organization; able to coordinate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and MP&L.
  • Reporting skills; disciplined with documentation and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
