Your contribution

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth production processes
• Manage and develop a technical team by overseeing training, work allocation, and motivation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, occupational health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities through SAP
• Support commissioning and start-up of new machines, equipment, and production lines in collaboration with relevant departments
• Optimize spare parts management, monitor energy consumption, and control maintenance costs
• Conduct regular reporting, KPI monitoring, and implement continuous improvement actions aligned with company strategy
• Collaborate with suppliers and external service providers for maintenance and project execution
• Drive workplace organization (5S) and foster a culture of safety and continuous development
• Represent the department in audits, safety committees, and cross-functional projects

Your Experience & Qualifications 

• Experience in a similiar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics)
• Proficiency automation systems, pneumatics & hydraulics, and TPM 
• Knowledge of PLC, Eplan, SolidWorks, NX, and AutoCAD would be a plus
• Good knowledge of in MS Office 
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken
• Advanced skills in reporting, problem-solving, and effective teamwork
• High adaptability to new technologies and innovative solutions
