Employee Relations Partner
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Psychology departments or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment, orientation, training & development, performance management, etc),
• Labor Law and Legislation knowledge,
• Having knowledge and experience of Labor Union,
• Business fluent in English,
• Strong command of SAP HR Module, SuccessFactors and MS Office,
• Having good communication both verbal and written and analytical thinking skills,
• Being a good team player
Job Description:
• Managing recruitment & onboarding processes,
• Taking role in employee’s each step; training, development, performance management,
• Participating or supporting Global HR projects,
• Executing HR procedures and policies,
• Focusing on employee engagement and creating actions plan,
• Working closely with line managers and employees.
