Process Improvement Supervisor

Your Contribution:

• Local Project leader of Finance for S4/HANA (MORE Project)
• Responsibility for the development of targeted (sub-)process control, ensuring the completeness of the local process as well as continuous process improvement
• Support for the standardization and harmonization of all System/non-system processes in Finance
• Green Belt projects and coordination of Kaizen projects
• Internal controls Finance
• First point of contact in Finance for incidents before technical tickets
• Collaboration with global team in any updates, projects
• Data analysis reports in Celonis
• Support in Year-end closing process regarding FI/CO processes

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Min.5 years of experience in the relevant field (accounting, taxes, finance + process improvement –  must have)
• Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems, ideally in S/4 Hana
  • • SAP FI processes, key user level (GL-AP-AR-TR )
    • SAP project participation with global team interaction
• BA degree, Industrial engineer graduate
• Knowledge of Excel VBA Macro (min. intermediate)
• Internal Control experience
• Coordination and leading project teams experience
• Kaizen, Greenbelt, Six sigma know-how, experience
• Fluent English for international collaboration and documentation
• High communication skills with local and international teams
• Continuous learning mindset and proactivity
• Problem solving attitude
• Celonis knowledge – nice to have

• Work performed from Izmir location
