Planning and Purchasing Specialist

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Ensure that the accurated sales forecast is included in the system within the scope determined by the product group for which it is responsible
• Planning for the product group for which he/she is responsible in line with sales orders and sales forecasts.
• Procure materials from approved suppliers in accordance with the purchasing procedure, with the most appropriate deadlines and conditions for the required products.
• Ensure the required communication and coordination with the supplier throughout the entire purchasing process.
• Monitor the targets and take the necessary precautions and actions to achieve the department's goals.
• Prepare the necessary monthly reports and share with the relevant departments.
• Planning and carrying out actions to ensure that service quality remains at the desired level by negotiating with suppliers.
   

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree (Industrial, Mechanical or other engineering departments).
• Business fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High experienced in Purchasing and Planning.
• Preferably experienced in automotive industry.
• Very good IT and MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.
• Very good SAP knowledge and skills.
• International experience preferable.
• Team spirit, high level of initiative and very good communication skills.
